Our room was quiet and clean. the location seemed favorable in the middle of Jackson. - We were able to visit a private school that was 2 miles from the property.

We were pleasantly surprised by our recent stay at Residence Inn. The studio Queen room with a separate bedroom and a kitchenette was perfect for our needs. The pillows and bedding were comfortable, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked well, which was a relief in the summer heat. We also enjoyed the nice pool area and gym facilities. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. we had a pleasant experience at Residence Inn and would recommend it to others.

During our extended weekend stay at this hotel, we were impressed by several aspects. Firstly, the check-in process was quick and efficient, with our rooms conveniently located across the hallway from each other. The mini suites were well-appointed, featuring spacious refrigerators, microwave ovens, and coffee makers, along with all the necessary utensils and dishware for an extended stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the separate bathroom had a much-appreciated exhaust fan. We also appreciated the presence of two TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom area. Additionally, the breakfast selection was varied and satisfying, offering a range of options including yogurt, oatmeal, eggs.

While overall our stay was enjoyable, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. The pull-out couch bed was rather uncomfortable, with a prominent steel rod that made it less than ideal for a good night's sleep.

The hotel provided complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi during our stay which helped save some extra pennies. The location was spot on and easily accessible to nearby tourist attractions and facilities. Additionally, the friendly staff made our stay more welcoming and comfortable.

Although the room was satisfactory, there were minor cleanliness issues such as dust and worn out carpeting. the stay was decent but could have been better with improved room maintenance and working spa facilities.
